Collection: VINTAGE JACKETS

Vintage jackets encompass a diverse range of styles, from rugged workwear to high-fashion statements, all valued for their historical authenticity and superior construction compared to modern fast fashion. The current trend landscape includes rugged workwear, classic denim, timeless leather, and retro sports styles, offering pieces that are built to last and easy to style.

Several styles are particularly dominant in the current market. Puffer and shell jackets, reminiscent of 90s hip-hop culture and outdoor utility, are highly sought after. Rugged workwear jackets, originally designed for durability, have transitioned into mainstream fashion staples. Classic denim trucker jackets, a timeless piece of Americana, remain a foundational element of the vintage market. Finally, athletic-inspired racing and varsity jackets are popular for their bold graphics and retro appeal.

Workwear brands like Carhartt and Dickies built their reputation on heavy duty construction and practical design. Styles such as the Detroit Jacket or classic chore coats are now staples of utility chic and gorpcore fashion, worn just as easily with tailoring as with denim. “Made in USA” tags, older logos, and natural wear all add to collectability.

Levi's, Wrangler, and Lee define the denim jacket category, with silhouettes like the Levi’s Type III Trucker remaining iconic. Oversized 90s fits and relaxed layering have brought denim jackets back into heavy rotation.

Vintage leather styles from Schott NYC, including the Perfecto biker and clean Harvey Davidson moto and biker designs are prized for their quality hides, original hardware, and patina.

Retro puffers, pullovers and windbreakers are another 90s staple for vintage wardrobes. From The North Face, Nike, Adidas, Starter, and Pro Player bring bold colour and 90s nostalgia, perfectly aligned with “blokecore” and retro athletic trends.

High-end heritage brands like Burberry continue to see consistent demand for their classic trench coats and ‘Harrington’ jackets, as well as vintage Ralph Lauren jackets serving as a timeless luxury item whose design has remained largely unchanged for decades.
