SHIPPING & RETURNS
All our items are vintage or recycled unless otherwise stated. It is important to know that items will almost always show some degree of wear. Every item is inspected thoroughly with any major faults noted in the item description. If an item is faulty and listed incorrectly, a refund may be granted, provided the Vintage Sole swing tag has not been removed from the garment. We do not accept returns for poor fit or change of mind. Faulty items must be returned within 7 working days. If you have any queries, please contact us prior to buying and we will be happy to help.
When making a purchase through this website it is important to note that the entire transaction including selection, correspondence, and payment, must take place through the ecommerce site. Items purchased through the website cannot be exchanged for items at any of the physical retail locations - Vintage Sole Fitzroy, Vintage Sole Melbourne, or Vintage Sole Windsor.
Items are posted out on Mondays and Thursdays.
Standard postage via Australia Post takes approximately 2-6 business days from time of shipping to arrive. Please contact us if you would like a faster method or if you would like to pay extra for insurance cover.
Items upgraded to Express Post will arrive within approximately 1-2 business days from time of posting, with next day delivery for those in the Melbourne metro area.

International shipping: Prices quoted for international post are for Standard Shipping rates with tracking included. This service takes on average approximately 10 business days from postage to arrival (it will differ for each individual country).
Please note, we take no responsibility for items damaged or lost by Australia Post or International Postage Carrier.

ONLINE STORE FAQ'S
We accept PayPal and credit card as methods of payment.
Our online store operates from Monday to Thursday, 10am-6pm, Australian Eastern Standard Time. Please be patient with questions and queries as they will only be responded to during these times.
For each item we provide an Australian sizing estimate. Please use this information in addition to the garment measurements, images and/or model’s measurements to determine if the size is right for you.
All measurements are taken while the garment is lying flat and across the front only. You will need to double the measurements stated.
Please note; 1 Inch = 2.5cm
Often the estimated size we provide is different from the size marked on the label. This is due to different countries, eras, and brands using different sizing parameters. The size we have chosen as our estimate is the one that we feel best reflects current Australian sizing.
Shopping Online vs. Physical Retail
Items listed online are exclusively available online and are not located at any of our 3 stores. Online Gift Cards
Gift Cards purchased online can only be used on vintagesole.com.au. They can not be used in our physical stores. Vouchers for in store use are available in each Melbourne store, they cannot be redeemed online. All gift Cards are valid for a period of 3 year from the date of issue.
Gift cards are delivered by email to the e-mail address you checkout with and contain instructions to redeem them. You can then forward them on, or print them out. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
